“Les Cristaux”, pilot centres, have the innovative specificity of welcoming any public feeling the need to recharge their batteries.
The idea is that the presence of everyone, without distinction, promotes diversity and exchange, a source of enrichment and well-being for all.
The characteristic of Les Cristaux is that it is located in places that are conducive to the development of ecological values and the elaboration of transdisciplinary, artistic and solidarity-based projects.
We therefore propose to make these places accessible to everyone, regardless of age, social condition or financial status.
Children and teenagers with special needs, elderly or disabled people, people with personal or professional difficulties will be welcome.

Ephème is a transmedia publishing house born along the banks of the Canal du Midi. Ephème represents the two initials of its founder, Frédérique Malis, author, producer and trainer.
